About me

I'm a product designer passionate about creating experiences that truly work for people. As a consumer, I love when a product just gets me—when it's intuitive, effortless, and doesn't make me overthink. My design education has taught me that creating these kinds of experiences requires deep research and an understanding of not just what users do, but how they think.

My journey into product design was sparked by four years in Customer Success and Sales, where I acted as the bridge between frustrated users and product teams. This front-row seat to user pain points deepened my empathy and gave me an analytical lens for balancing competing priorities and advocating for user needs—skills that now help me create solutions that are both intuitive and feasible.

I'm passionate about making sure diverse perspectives are reflected in the products we build. I aim to grow into a thoughtful, strategic product designer who builds accessible experiences that positively impact people's lives. I'm especially drawn to fintech, having worked at a startup specializing in retirement plans, where I saw how important it is to make financial tools feel approachable and trustworthy. My goal is to work for customer-facing companies where I can apply this understanding to create meaningful experiences.
