About me

I am a product designer who believes the best experiences are the ones people do not have to think about. As someone who notices when a product clicks and when it does not, I understand that this kind of effortlessness does not happen by accident. It comes from deep research and a clear understanding not only of what users do, but also of how they think and make decisions.

My path into product design began with four years in Customer Success and Sales, where I served as a bridge between users and product teams. Working directly with frustrated customers gave me a deep sense of empathy and firsthand insight into real pain points. It also strengthened my ability to identify patterns, balance business and user needs, and advocate for solutions that are both practical and impactful. Today, this background helps me design experiences grounded in real problems and aligned with product and technical constraints.

I care deeply about designing for diverse perspectives and building accessibility into experiences from the start, not as an afterthought. I have developed a strong interest in fintech, where I have seen how important it is to make complex financial tools feel approachable and trustworthy. More broadly, I am motivated to work on products where thoughtful design can meaningfully shape how people engage with something important in their lives.
